1. The operator
Dubrovnik Boat Yacht Rentals d.o.o., Lapadska obala 21a, Dubrovnik 20000, Croatia. Registered Croatian Ministry of the Sea charter operator at Marina Frapa. Croatian company registration (OIB) and VAT number provided on the booking confirmation and invoice.
2. Charter conditions
- Renter must be 18+ and present a valid government-issued photo ID
- For boats requiring a license (60HP+), renter must present a Croatian-recognised boat license
- Maximum passenger count is per-boat and strictly enforced by Croatian maritime law
- Children’s life jackets sized 0-12 are stocked on every boat free of charge
3. What’s included
Fuel for the agreed route, snorkel gear, fresh towels, bottled water, marina fees, full maritime liability insurance.
4. What’s not included
Skipper (optional, €120-150/day), food and drink (other than included welcome water), additional fuel for routes beyond the agreed plan, mooring fees in destination marinas, third-party damage caused by gross negligence.
5. Damage & deposit
A refundable security deposit of €500–€1500 (depending on boat) is pre-authorised on your card at pickup and released on return when the boat is undamaged. Damage is assessed against an insurer-approved repair quote; we never invent fees.
6. Liability
Operator liability is governed by Croatian maritime law and our Croatia Osiguranje policy. Renters accept that boat travel involves inherent risks and follow the captain’s safety briefing.
7. Cancellation

8. Governing law
Croatian law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Dubrovnik.
